Today I want to share with you a classic stuffed peppers recipe in Italy: stuffed peppers with minced meat!
This is certainly an easy stuffed pepper recipe to make, although it will require some time, mainly to perfectly cook the peppers in the oven.
We are going to use some high quality ground beef to stuff our peppers, which is going to make this not just a tasty but also a healthy low carb recipe!
So, get ready: find some crunchy peppers, premium ground beef, Parmesan or Pecorino cheese and do it like in Italia!

- Oven Tray
- Knife

Ingredients
- 4 large peppers
- 800 gr premium ground beef
- 120 gr Parmesan/Pecorino cheese
- 80 gr breadcrumbs
- a touch of full-fat milk
- 2 eggs
- parsley
- rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 2 tomatoes (optional)
- 2 potatoes (optional)
Procedure
- Remove the top "lid" from the peppers and remove all the internal seeds
- Mix the ground beef with chopped parsley, some salt and pepper, the eggs and the cheese. Add milk to soften up;
- Work this mix with your hand until you're happy with the consistency;
- Lie the peppers in a oven tray and stuff each of them with the meat mix we just created;
- OPTIONAL: add some sliced tomatoes and potatoes in the tray. More taste!;
- Sprinkle more cheese on top of the peppers and drizzle some olive oil;
- Put in the oven 180-200 C degrees for a couple of hours;
