Baked Zucchini recipe - Grated cheese and breadcrumb!

  • Knife
  • Oven Tray
  • Baking Sheet

Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini
  • 100 gr Parmesan or Pecorino cheese
  • 80 gr breadcrumbs

Procedure

  • Cut the zucchini in quarters
  • Coat the zucchini slices in breadcrumbs mixed with the cheese
  • Prepare a tray with some baking sheet on top
  • Lie the zucchini slices in there
  • Pre-heat the oven to 200 C / 392 F
  • Let zucchini cook for around 30 minutes
  • And that's how it's done in Italia!
