Today I’m here to bring you a knockout Prawn bavette pasta recipe: prawns, garlic, pan fried tomatoes and lots of parsley. The sweet meat of the seafood and silky sauce is a winning taste combination that takes just minutes to prepare.

I have used bavette pasta for the recipe in the video, but you can use also spaghetti, linguine or even bucatini. And the prawns (or shrimps) can be fresh or frozen if you really don’t have much time!

Prawn bavette pasta recipe
Equipment
- Pan
Ingredients
- 400 gr pasta bavette
- 300 gr shrimps
- 300 gr tomatoes ripe
- parsley
- garlic
- salt and pepper
- chili
Procedure
- With a peeler, remove the skin off your tomatoes;
- Heat a pan and pour some EVO, add a clove of garlic, chop your tomatoes roughly and chuck everything in. Add chili if you like;
- Lid on, cook for 10-15 minutes, adding salt and a ladle of boiling water that you will use to cook the past;
- In the meanwhile, get some linguine in abundant boiling water and cook till "al dente";
- When the sauce is ready and creamy, add the prawns in there. Cook for a few minutes;
- The pasta is al dente, toss everything together, sprinkle LOTS of finely chopped parsley and stir well;
- Serve with some white wine and...
