Fast forward some 20 years and now Aperol Spritz is one of the most well-known and drunk “cocktails” in the whole world: not bad for a drink that was so popular amongst students when I was one of them!
This is the only recipe you will need to watch to know how to make a proper Aperol Spritz… And if you like to pop your Prosecco bottles in style, you’ll find some ideas too!

The real Aperol Spritz!
Equipment
- wine glass
Ingredients
- 120 ml Prosecco Italian original
- 80 ml Aperol
- 5 ml soda water just one splash
Procedure
- Get yourself a large wine glass and fill it with 2 or 3 ice cubes;
- Pour 6/10 of Prosecco;
- Pour 4/10 Aperol;
- Add a splash of soda water (that's more than 100%, I know!!!);
- Mix gently and add one olive or a slice of orange to garnish;
- ENJOY (RESPONSIBLY) !
