Today I’m going to share with you another incredibly simple (yet tasty) recipe: pasta with tuna and lemon!

I have a lemon tree in my garden which makes soooo many lemons I always come up with new ideas how to use them. This pasta dish is quick and easy to make: I like it because it’s rich in protein and, with the chili, spicy enough to give you a kick!

Pasta with tuna and lemon
Equipment
- Pan
Ingredients
- 200 gr tuna canned
- garlic
- olive oil extra-virgin
- 1 chili
- 300 gr pasta
- 1 lemon
Procedure
- Put the pasta in boiling water - we will not need more than the pasta cooking time to pull this dish off;
- Heat a pan, pour abundant oil and the juice of half a lemon. Add a garlic clove and let warm everything up at medium heat;
- Halfway through the pasta cooking, add a bit of the cooking water in the pan to incorporate a bit of starch;
- Grate a bit of lemon zest in the pan too;
- When the pasta is almost 'al dente', it's time to add the tuna in the pan;
- Now, we are almost there: put the pasta in the pan, mix everything together, add some finely chopped parsley, some roughly cut chili and raw extra-virgin olive oil on top;
- Serve immediately and...
- ENJOY!
