In this video I am going to show you how to make a phenomenal cheese and potato bake, adding Pecorino and Parmesan cheese, like only in Italy we can do!
The preparation for this dish is very quick: just slice a few potatoes and make as many layers as you want, sprinkle abundant Pecorino and Parmesan cheese, then cook it in the oven for 45-50 minutes.

How to make cheese and potato bake
Equipment
- Knife
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 50 gr Parmesan cheese grated
- 50 gr Pecorino cheese grated
- 40 ml full-fat milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Procedure
- Slice the potatoes;
- Pour some olive oil in an oven tray and layer the potato slices;
- sprinkle salt, pepper and the cheeses;
- proceed to create as many layers as you like, always adding salt, pepper and the grated cheeses on top;
- When you reach the last layer, go WILD with the cheese on top;
- add a splash of full-fat milk, cover with more cheese and then put it in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 200C;
- ENJOY!
