The perfect summertime beach meal: sandwich with shrimps, prosciutto and burrata!
I love this Italian panino, and how could I not?! I’m going to show you how to mix the sweetness of fresh shrimps, the taste of Prosciutto di Parma (you can alternatively use “capicollo”, if you find it where you live…) and the melting flavor of burrata!
This REALLY is a glorious sandwich for those hot days in front of the sea when you don’t quite feel like cooking too much! Although this is not a classic combination of ingredients, I personally love marrying prosciutto and shrimps, but you need to marinade the seafood a bit with some lemon to make their flavor mix best with the burrata.
You know what burrata is?! It’s mozzarella’s tastier cousin!! Give it a go if you haven’t tried it yet!
