Have you ever tried to mix bacon (pancetta) and zucchini? That’s one of the tastiest combinations you may ever experience, my friend! It won’t take you long to cook this amazing pasta dish, perhaps 30 minutes from start to end, and the end result will make you surely crave for more 🙂

Pasta Bacon Zucchini
Equipment

Ingredients
- 300 gr pasta
- 3 zucchini
- 350 gr bacon pancetta
- 40 gr Parmesan cheese
- garlic
- salt and pepper
Procedure
- Slice your bacon and put it in a pan with a tiny bit of extra-virgin olive oil, until crunchy;
- When crunchy, remove the bacon and set it aside. Keep the oil and fat in the pan and chuck a clove of garlic in it too;
- Slice your zucchini the way you like and toss them in the pan;
- Cook them for 5-8 minutes, add salt and pepper too;
- When the zucchini are nice and crunchy, take a spoonful of them out of the pan and put it in a blender together with some bacon and a spoon of Parmesan cheese: blend everything until you get a nice cream;
- Put the pasta to cook and when 'al dente', toss everything together with the zucchini, the crunchy bacon, the cream you made - add the pasta water to make the cream nice and smooth;
- Crack more black pepper on top and...
- ENJOY!
