Too make this canned tuna pasta, you will need (for 4 people):

  • 400gr /14oz pasta
  • 400gr /14oz tuna in brine
  • a bunch of capers
  • a bunch of olives
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • 1 chili
  • extra-virgin olive oil
Procedure:
 
  1. Put a large pot of salted water on the stove to boil;
  2. Leave some oil, chopped parsley, garlic and chili to infuse;
  3. Put some garlic in a pen to gently fry.
  4. Add the olives and the capers;
  5. When the water is boiling, put the pasta in the large pot;
  6. When the pasta is ‘al dente’, move it in the pan with the olives & capers;
  7. Add the canned tuna (drained), add the herbs infusion from step 2;
  8. Mix it all up, and buon appetito!

And that’s how it’s done in Italia!
