Too make this canned tuna pasta, you will need (for 4 people):
- 400gr /14oz pasta
- 400gr /14oz tuna in brine
- a bunch of capers
- a bunch of olives
- parsley
- garlic
- 1 chili
- extra-virgin olive oil
- Put a large pot of salted water on the stove to boil;
- Leave some oil, chopped parsley, garlic and chili to infuse;
- Put some garlic in a pen to gently fry.
- Add the olives and the capers;
- When the water is boiling, put the pasta in the large pot;
- When the pasta is ‘al dente’, move it in the pan with the olives & capers;
- Add the canned tuna (drained), add the herbs infusion from step 2;
- Mix it all up, and buon appetito!
And that’s how it’s done in Italia!
