We are going to cook our thinly sliced chicken fillets in a pan, and then we are going to side them with some great mushrooms gently fried with garlic, rosemary and a touch of chili.

Chicken fillets recipe - With mushrooms!
Equipment
- Pan
- bowl
Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets
- 250 gr mushrooms
- 50 gr flour
- garlic
- rosemary
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 chili
- salt and pepper
Procedure
- If your mushrooms are quite big, slice them in smaller pieces;
- Pour some oil in a pan, and get the mushrooms to gently fry in there with some garlic and rosemary;
- Take the chicken fillets, coat them in flour (mixed with pepper);
- In another pan, pour abundant oil and then place the coated chicken fillets;
- Cook for a 4-5 minutes each side and serve immediately;
- ENJOY!
