The ultimate Lemon Scaloppine Recipe
Equipment
- Pan
Ingredients
- 4 beef scaloppine or veal
- 50 gr flour
- 1 lemon
- 80 gr butter
- parsley
- salt and pepper
Procedure
- Heat up a pan and let the butter melt in it;
- In the meanwhile, toss your beef/veal scaloppine in some flour from both sides;
- when the butter is melted, lay the scaloppine in the pan. Let them cook for a couple of minutes each side;
- Cut a few thin lemon slices and lay them on top of the meat;
- Turn the scaloppine a couple of times, sprinkle salt and pepper;
- In the last minute of cooking, squeeze the juice of half a lemon and serve immediately with a sprinkle of finely chopped parsley on top;
- ENJOY!
