Equipment

  • Pan

Ingredients

  • 4 beef scaloppine or veal
  • 50 gr flour
  • 1 lemon
  • 80 gr butter
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper

Procedure

  • Heat up a pan and let the butter melt in it;
  • In the meanwhile, toss your beef/veal scaloppine in some flour from both sides;
  • when the butter is melted, lay the scaloppine in the pan. Let them cook for a couple of minutes each side;
  • Cut a few thin lemon slices and lay them on top of the meat;
  • Turn the scaloppine a couple of times, sprinkle salt and pepper;
  • In the last minute of cooking, squeeze the juice of half a lemon and serve immediately with a sprinkle of finely chopped parsley on top;
  • ENJOY!
